By creating an account, signing in (including with Google) or using Tamasira, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Tamasira is an organisation tool for independent accompaniers: students, cases, documents, tracking and communication. Tamasira is not a visa, admission or immigration authority. Tamasira files nothing, takes no official decision, and is not responsible for the outcome of a procedure carried out by the accompanier, the student, a school or an authority.

An accompanier account is personal. You are responsible for the credentials and for how the account is used. Students do not have a platform account: they reach their portal with the email and code given by their accompanier.

Tamasira may suspend an account in case of abuse, non-payment, or a security risk. Suspension keeps the data; it is not a deletion.

You only upload information and documents that you are allowed to process in the course of your activity. You remain responsible for informing your students and for obtaining whatever the law requires before recording them in Tamasira.

Content that you or your students upload remains yours. You allow Tamasira to store and display it only to provide the service.

You do not use Tamasira to deceive, harass, bypass security, reach another person's account, or for any illegal purpose. You do not attempt to reach another accompanier's files.

A free plan exists, with limits (active students and storage). Paid plans are requested in the product. Payment currently happens outside the platform. The plan is activated manually after it has been checked. An expired subscription does not delete your data.

We work to keep Tamasira available and safe. Interruptions, maintenance and errors can still happen. Tamasira is provided as is, without a guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of defects.

Tamasira is not responsible for the decisions of a school, a consulate or another authority, nor for the information you enter, nor for the delays of a procedure. To the extent permitted by law, Tamasira's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, or to zero if you are on the free plan.
