Does Tamasira handle the procedures for me?
No. Tamasira is not a visa, admission or immigration authority, and files nothing on your behalf. It is a workspace that organises the accompaniment you already provide.
Do my students need to create an account?
No. You share your portal link, and each student reaches it with their email address and a personal code you give them. No registration, no password to remember.
Is my data protected?
Documents are stored privately and are only reachable through short-lived signed links. No accompanier can see another's students, and that separation is enforced by the database itself, not only by the interface.
How does payment work?
Payment currently happens outside the platform. You request the plan you want with your transfer reference, and the plan is activated manually once checked.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Nothing is deleted. Your students, their cases and their documents all stay. Only your capacity returns to the free plan until you renew.
Can I really start without paying?
Yes. The free plan covers 5 active students, with no card and no time limit.
